The Oregon TRIO Association greatly appreciates your efforts to help us collect this information to report to our legislators and stakeholders to demonstrate the impact of TRIO programs in Oregon. If you do not have data for a question, please input 0.
This form will collect APR data, demographic data, and FAFSA completion information. We have created a separate form to collect one student story submission from each grant. This should hopefully expedite your process of submitting the data to OTA.
