Workforce Ready Manager
The Workforce Ready Manager is a critical part-time role that will lead recruitment efforts, curriculum development, and program facilitation for the Oregon TRIO Association’s Workforce Ready initiative. This position focuses on engaging employers across the state, organizing site visits, and delivering workshops designed to equip TRIO pre-college students with employability skills and exposure to high-demand technology sectors. This is a grant-funded position funded through June 2026.
Reports to: Executive Director, OTA Board when needed
Location: Remote, Oregon
Salary: $40 / hour
